This is a Chatbot concept for a Pharma company here we wanted to set up a quick search for patients and HCP's where it would help them find content and also navigate them to that page and help HCP give the right treatment.

The Challenge 

Pharma websites are designed to provide crucial information, but they often fail to deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience. Users—including patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), caregivers, and nurses—face numerous challenges when searching for medical information.

Common scenarios 

Patients

Lisa, 45, recently diagnosed with psoriasis, visits a pharma site to explore a new biologic treatment. Confused by complex terms like “TNF inhibitors” and “IL-17 pathways,” she quickly gets frustrated and leaves without finding the information she needs.

Doctors

Dr. Patel, a cardiologist, needs renal dosing info for a new heart drug but struggles to find it in a 40-page PDF, slowing down his decision-making.

Patients

John, a diabetes patient, looks for insulin dosing instructions on a pharma site. Lost in scattered PDFs, videos, and FAQs, he can't find clear guidance and gives up.
